My Personalized Integral Practice (28.11.04)

On 28.11.04, my designed integral practice (IP) (adapted from Wilber'One Taste, p.121-123)) looks like this:

UR Quadrant

Physical
Diet: vitamins, coffee enema for liver detoxification
Structural: weightlifting, aerobics, healthy posture
Neurological: brain/mind machine (BrainWave Generator (not so impressive), looking forward to using Holosync technology and playing Wild Divine game when my financial situation getting better.)

UL Quadrant

Emotional
Breath: yoga, circulation of prana, qi gong
Sex: self-transcending whole-bodied sexuality (not yet understands, but identify for future learning)
Mental
Therapy: counseling with my girlfriend (who is a counselor)
Vision: studying Ken’s integral philosophy, researching/reading
Spiritual
Soul: walking meditation, breathing in – breathing out meditation,
Spirit: simple feeling of being, self-inquiry
Aesthetic: singing, playing guitar, drawing
Self-system: blogging/journaling (this blog) [public], self-inquiry [private]
Self-needs: studying basic needs (relational exchange), contentment, detachment
Natural states: simple feeling of beings throughout a path from entering dream state and deep dreamless sleep and back to the waking state.

LR Quadrant

System: bicycling (exercising responsibilities to nature), doing housework, creating weblogs and mail groups for “Thai Integral Studies” and “Sangha of Mindfulness
Institutional: finishing my PhD dissertation (educational duties), voting in every election (political duties)

LL Quadrant

Relationship: empathic dialogue with my family, friends, sangha, and all sentient beings. Taking relationship as an important module in my integral practice, joining the integral university (depending on my financial constraints), joining the discussion groups on the internet.
Community Building: Sangha of Mindfulness (meeting every other week), Thai Integral Studies group
Morals: practicing compassion in relation to all sentient being
