There seems lots of scattering helps and unsystematic planning to deal with the situation. Anyway I blame no one since there has never been Tsunami attacks in Thailand before in its history. I cancel all my plans to go anywhere around New Year vacations and standby to help anything as much as I can. I intent to go into the area in Phuket and Khao Lak, but there seems to be too many volunteers down there with not much helps and, goshhh, my arms gets hurts from helping to piling bags of clothes yesterday.
All holons above the physical realm and all of their artifacts inside the turmoil physcial system were striked equally. The physical disaster affects all the emotional realm, mental realm and all realms above. Epedimics in the biological realm are going to come. Ecological problems is going to come. Emotional shock already occur. Mental disorder already occur. I'm waiting to join a group of counselors to go into the areas to help those of survivals, may be next few weeks. And that's the most suitable work for me to help in this situation.
The feeling of sorry is overwhelming over me. With the deepest awareness and compassion, I will practice Karma yoga as much as I can.

Hey there,
I've enjoyed reading some of your commentary, and you coming to the integral world from a distinctly different worldview - which is very important for us "westerners" to hear. You haven't posted for awhile. Are you going to continue?
How are things now, in Thailand? (I also donated money to the Red Cross, but from the United States).
Best,
JC
Hi! JC. Thanks for keep updating my blog and sorry for a long pause. I'm going to continue for sure. I've lots of things to do since the tsunami disaster. Not just volunteer, but my academic duty as well. Right now I'm on the process trying to go to US for attending the Subject-Object Interview workshop, conducted by Dr.Jennifer Berger and Dr.James Hammerman at the end of this April.
Actually, I have an entry in my mind about "SOI on IOS" for several days. I think it time for me to write on!
Best,
Pongsathorn
The situation in Thailand is now physically much better, but psychologically lost still. I'm so grateful for your donation. It expresses how close we are in the same world.
On January, I go to the damaged areas and listen to people there. I have a chance to express my deepest feelings to a group of NGOs about how helpings can turn to be harms without a deep listening.
In a short term, listen to who they are. In details, listen to local people's hearts, bodies, cultures, social systems. Integral listening!
Best,
Pongsathorn
